My Story

Harbor Life Concierge was born from some of the most meaningful and challenging seasons of my life. Over a relatively short period of time, I found myself navigating a serious medical crisis, emotional trauma within my family, and the realities of supporting a parent diagnosed with dementia.

During those times, I became the person coordinating care, advocating for my loved ones, managing details, and searching for the right resources, often while holding it all together emotionally for my family. I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to make important decisions during times of uncertainty, and how invaluable it is to have someone calm, capable, and trustworthy by your side.

Those experiences changed me. They gave me a deep understanding of what families go through behind the scenes and inspired me to create Harbor Life Concierge – a service designed to provide thoughtful, personalized support services for older adults and their families.

I approach every client relationship with empathy, discretion, and a genuine commitment to helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. My goal is to ease the burden on families and ensure that no one has to navigate life’s more complex moments alone.

Jessica’s professional background:

Jessica Greenfield is the Founder of Harbor Life Concierge, a boutique lifestyle and advocacy service provider serving older adults and their families throughout Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, and New Smyrna Beach.

Jessica brings a distinguished background shaped by leadership roles within Fortune 500 organizations, including First American, Old Republic, and Realogy, as well as entrepreneurial experience owning and operating her own title company. Leveraging her business and finance background, she also successfully launched and built the Fine Home Division in East Hampton for Douglas Elliman, serving a highly discerning clientele and developing a reputation for discretion, precision, and exceptional service.

Throughout her career, Jessica has operated in environments where trust, attention to detail, and thoughtful decision-making were essential. She brings that same level of professionalism and care to Harbor Life Concierge, providing custom, highly personalized support to individuals and families navigating the complexities of aging, transitions, and day-to-day logistics.

Jessica’s approach is grounded in partnership. She works alongside her clients, in partnership with them, to provide clarity, organization, and calm guidance during moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming. She is known for her composure, strong values, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and empathy for her clients.
